Claudia’s background as a regional HR executive in North-American headquartered IT companies built the basis for her coaching & consulting career. Her consultancy portfolio includes HR project leadership and support focusing on M&A projects from due diligence through to successful integration of the acquired entities, as well as change initiatives around a company restructuring, reorganization, or management change. She runs tailor-made management and team development workshops that inspire her audience. 

Claudia is accredited for profilingvalues® and INSIGHTS MDI® and uses these tools with clients who will benefit from the new awareness they will gain. 

Claudia earned her coaching credentials at CoachInc, FL, US, and is a member and Associate Certified Coach (ACC) of the International Coach Federation (ICF) adhering to the strongest ethical values, and highest professional standards (coachfederation.org). 

Claudia works in both English and German and relishes the uniqueness that cultural diversity brings to her life.
