DISC | INSIGHTS MDI® 

DISC Personality Profiling (Thomas International) is the international personal and business development tool and as such, an integral part of many business coaching programmes offered by I&O. INSIGHTS MDI® contains DISC within the assessment covering the behavioural aspect of a personality and combines it with the aspects that drive us - the motivators. We are trained in both. Get an analysis of yourself and a coaching session around it and you will better know yourself and how others see you. We use INSIGHTS MDI® for our bespoke team development workshops.

The method of consistently capturing information relating to an expatriation assignment and using that information for the benefit of future assignees. 

profilingvalues®

profilingvalues® is the personal profiling tool based on the Hartman Values Profile. It greatly distinguishes itself from other conventional assessment procedures since this is the first time that the values of a person can be measured. It describes personality traits in humans and the current use of individual potential. It is part of most of our coaching packages as it enables us to quickly get to the core of a situation with our clients.
